Please consider this particular letter as it more than succinctly demonstrates the power of The Work and follow up Exercises when it comes to helping one to achieve their goals toward a happier and more fulfilling life.

My sessions with Charles have been the most beneficial of my entire life. Without my knowledge I had so much anger built up over the years caused by my relationship with my father that I set myself up to fail in every endeavor I undertook, including my marriage, which was on the rocks due to this anger I was venting.

My first session was amazing. I was able to release about 90% of the anger. I immediately began working the exercise I was given. In a couple of days my husband started recognizing how I had changed. He began commenting on me being a different person. At first I didn't tell him about my sessions, but thanked him for the compliment and said I had been working on my anger. He began telling me about all the stunts I had pulled on him and others, and how he thought I was just a very mean person. He knew I had issues with my past and had tried to help, but didn't know how to help.

About the third time he told me he couldn't believe how I had changed I showed him the card I had been given with the exercise that I had been working on. He was still skeptical and said he loved the change in me and hoped I wasn't faking. After the second session the anger was gone and I felt extremely happy. My husband really began questioning if I was faking, that he loved the new me, but didn't understand. I called Charles and asked what I should do to convince my husband this was the real me. I discussed the fact that my husband was skeptical of my change. He advised me to show him the internet site and tell him I had gone to two sessions to give myself a jump start to heal my anger. I printed off the site pages and took them home. That evening when my husband brought up the fact he couldn't believe the new me I told him I had something to show him. I gave him the pages to read. When he had finished I explained why I had gone to the sessions, that the anger had become unbearable, and I realized I was headed for a disaster. We discussed the healing Charles had done.

After the discussion my husband told me he knew I had a hate/love relationship with my father, but didn't know how critical it had become. I told him Charles would be happy to talk to him if he had questions, and he said he thought he should call him to thank him for curing his wife. Since that time our relationship has done a 180 and we are very close. It is like starting over for both of us. He tells me almost daily how happy he is with the new me.

My anger has been released and my life is changing daily. My attitude with everyone has changed. My friends and co-workers have noticed it as well. I now have the gift of love, compassion, and understanding. I work my exercise several times daily to be sure I never slip back into the darkness again.

One does not have to be in the field of Rocket Science to access happiness , for most of my life I think by choice this one thing has alluded me. When I did the "Shaman Thing" , it set up a chain of events, at first I thought it was just a mere healing , however after some reflecting , I have discovered the healing went deeper than I anticipated.

My attitude of me against the world is no longer there, and laughter to the point of tears coming down my cheeks is proof in and of itself. The fog that once obscured my vision for so long is gone, what is true from the first class I attended still holds true today, Heaven has always been on Earth.

I am very thankful for the healing work you have facilitated. At the beginning of all this; I felt like I weighed a ton. I felt heaviness all around me. I felt demoralized. I thought about death and I thought that I was dying at several points before I began my healing work with you. The healing process has helped me to keep moving through the patterns allowing then to dissolve, revealing more spaciousness and love in my life. Initially I had to teach my mind to allow change, growth and not fear the layers of old patterns melting away...Since I have been having the healing appointments with you there have been significant differences in my consciousness and ability to deal with current life situations; not to mentioned how it has accelerated my spiritual process. I feel much empowered and with a greater strength now.

The healing work that you did is truly a lifesaving for me. I have been involved in many spiritual healing modalities for many years, however not many of them had the quality and the immediate results that I have noticed whenever I had a healing experience with you. I wish to thank you again for your most positive input into enhancing the quality of my experience at many levels, thank you for your unconditional love and effort in helping me to clear the blockages, which impede my evolutionary process.

Your work is extremely swift and powerful. I have experienced immediate and exponential breakthroughs. Your healing work took me to new levels and it is still continuing. I have a testimonial but I beg you not to use it with my name as it's rather embarrassing.

I have been suffering from anal fissures for at least 18 months. I have used everything from Reiki, EFT, other energy systems, herbs, essential oils, sitz baths and preparation H. Each one helped but none healed the problem. You worked with me 2 times in group settings and within 2 weeks of the second session, my problem cleared up. The items you have been working with me on is ex-husband issues which I have worked on releasing for the last 11 years. The Old Shaman Healing Technique really cleared the pain in my ass (literally).

I speak from experience when I say I have tried everything under the sun in order that I might find some relief from my back pain. I first endeavored to explore the metaphysical community, at the time, my friend professed to being a Master in Reiki unfortunately this proved to be of no help for my pain. I tried a session with something entitled Tuning Fork's, this also proved to be a failure. Lastly I went to healer who possessed a rather large Quartz Crystal, but again to no avail my pain persisted. The only thing that provided relief , if only temporary was Narcotics, combined with the hands of an accomplished Chiropractor.

I was asked by my Teacher if I would like try a "Old Shamanic Technique" , looking back on the past Two years and the countless times I have had to bear pain, I feared I had nothing to loose but the pain itself. The session itself lasted about an hour and I think I sweated for most of that. I don't know what I was expecting, perhaps relief for a couple of hours, day's, or even weeks. Thus far the pain is gone, I will be the first to admit I expected nothing as miraculous as this. My only regret is that I did not ask him sooner, but then again we have only to knock and the door will be opened.

At first I was not sure about your healing approach; however I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I have gotten the most healing I ever got from any healer; from working with you during this healing session.

Before the healing session I was feeling very heavy energetically; and very disturb emotionally and spirituality.

When I got inside the healing circle; I was feeling encouraged and empowered to let things go that no longer serve in my spiritual awakening. I felt confident and strong that I could do it, however your presence; expertise and help played an important role during the release of patterns that were stocked in some levels of my being. During this healing process I felt very confident about working with you; the way how you handle yourself during the healing process was most definitely over my high expectations. Only a truthful experienced spiritual healer like you could have facilitated the amount of healing that took place in just one session. I have had quite experience with some healers, but have not had the results that I have gotten with your healing session. I really enjoyed your healing approach; it's simple nevertheless very powerful; gentle and effective. This is the second day after my healing session and yet still feeling the effects of it. Mainly Charles I wanted to let you know that Saturday when I got home from work and walked into my apartment I felt so calm and so contented. I don't recall ever feeling that way. So at peace. Like I am getting centered if you understand what I am saying.

I want to reiterate how much I enjoyed the class in Lewisville. The hostess is a very delightful person and has a good heart. The energy of the house felt good as well.

I think the shaman technique is fascinating. The circle changes form depending on who steps into the circle. With one person I saw waves of purple and violet energy around the circle. With another person I saw a sunflower- and she was in the middle of the sunflower. With yet another person I saw a jeweled lotus flower. I also saw an obelisk in a corner of the room. There was a pyramid near me. At one point Kokopelli came around the circle and I saw an Olmec statue.

I saw the shackles around my ankles when the first person stepped in the circle. What surprised me though was the chain attached to my shoulder. When I pulled on the chain something dark and taller than me came up. I could not discern if it was boulder or an entity. I do know that when I transformed the chain on my shoulder in to a small ball the darkness was part of the ball. I'm not sure if all of the darkness is gone, but my shoulder certainly feels better. It has been hurting for the past several days. I also meant to ask you what was the significance of the pulling sensation I felt in my solar plexus area and near my right temple as I sat outside the circle.

When I was leaving you mentioned removing the rest of the shackle. How long do you recommend waiting before removing the rest of the shackle? I don't want to overdo it, but I also know it's time to move forward.
